Shipping Policy

Please allow 10-14 Business days to receive your order.  Tomato products and merchandise are shipped separately to the continental U.S. only.  Tomato products will be shipped via UPS Ground. Merchandise will be shipped via USPS.  Maximum package weight is 60 lbs.  Your order status can be checked by clicking on "My Account".

Return Policy
Merchandise returns must be made within 15 days of receipt.  Returns must be shipped at customer’s expense except when the return is a result of Red Gold’s error, which shall be determined in Red Gold’s sole discretion.  All returns must be pre-approved in writing.  Please note that returns of food products will not be pre-approved unless the food product is defective.  Please call 1-866-729-7187 or email info@redgold.com to request pre-approval and authorization number for return.
